【摘要】 目的 对呼吸机采样培养及了解呼吸机的污染情况。方法 无菌盐水拭子涂抹呼吸机螺纹管及出入口内面，雾化罐内表面培养分离细菌。结果 呼吸机螺纹管及出入口内面、雾化罐内面被污染，污染菌主要有铜绿假单胞菌，表面葡萄球菌，G+杆菌等。结论 呼吸机污染是医院感染潜在的不可忽视的危险因素。对策:严格遵守消毒隔离制度，加强呼吸机的感染管理，对预防医院感染有重要意义。关键词 呼吸机 污染 医院感染 护理
