【摘要】 目的 探讨创伤性大面积脑梗塞的发病机理、临床特点及治疗方法。方法 总结我院9例创伤性大面积脑梗塞的临床资料，分析治疗经过。结果 创伤性大面积脑梗塞的发病机理与血液流变学变化、血管内皮损伤、血管的解剖学特点及自由基引起的生物反应等因素有关。结论 对于颅脑外伤病人，应严密观察，及时复查CT，对本病力求早期发现，早期治疗，以提高抢救成功率。
