【摘要】 目的 研究胃癌组织中肿瘤相关抗原CA15-3的表达及意义。方法 应用免疫组织化学SP法检测胃癌组织及同一患者相应正常胃粘膜组织中CA15-3的表达情况。结果 40例胃癌组织中阳性表达者30例，其中胞浆胞膜双阳性者19例(63.3%)，胞膜单阳性11例(36.7%);而正常胃粘膜均为阴性。结论 CA15-3的表达与胃癌的发生之间存在明显的相关性，CA15-3阳性表达可能是胃癌变细胞的标志之一。CA15-3阳性表达及胞浆阳性定位与与胃癌进展，浸润深度，淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)。
