【摘要】 目的 探讨治疗常年性变应性鼻炎不同途径的免疫疗法的临床疗效和效价比。方法 对32例患有常年性变应性鼻炎(PAR)(螨类)的患者进行双盲对照研究。受试者随机分成两组，每组16例，一组采用鼻部免疫疗法(LNIT)，另一组采用传统的皮下免疫疗法(SIT)。结果 虽然在治疗期间鼻部症状有改善，鼻部免疫疗法组与传统的皮下免疫疗法组相比，发现差异无显著性(P>0.05)，每项症状总的平均记录都相似。但经过鼻部直接治疗的患者，对螨虫的有效鼻腔敏感阈值明显增高，使用药量明显较传统的皮下免疫疗法少(药量之比SIT∶PLIT为25∶16)。结论 研究表明常年性变应性鼻炎，采用鼻部免疫疗法在临床效果和安全性方面能够替代传统的皮下疫疗法，且操作简便、经济、易接受等优点值得临床应用。
