【摘要】 目的 简化黄芩苷提取纯化工艺,建立胃肠康颗粒剂中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法 通过超声提取酸沉、调节水溶液碱酸度除杂、甲醇超声助溶重结晶纯化工艺,获得黄芩苷对照品;并通过薄层层析、紫外光谱、红外光谱对其定性,HPLC法定量:色谱柱为Symmetry十八烷基键合硅胶柱,4.6mm×75mm,HPLC Column(Waters公司);甲醇-水-磷酸(47:53:0.2)作流动相,检测波长278nm。结果 得到的黄芩苷对照品理化性质与标准品一致,含量达99.25%,得率4.12%。在0.058~0.58μg范围,样品含量与色谱峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9950),加样回收率为98.80%~102.80%。结论 含量测定方法简便、快速,可用于胃肠康颗粒剂和相关中药颗粒剂产品中黄芩苷的含量测定。超声提取工艺简单,在中药活性成分提取方面有良好的应用前景。关键词 黄芩苷 制备 胃肠康颗粒 HPLC法 含量测定
