【摘要】 目的 探讨染色体异常核型与不孕的关系。方法 对23对不孕夫妇外周血染色体异常型进行分析。结果 23对染色体异常核型夫妇中，男12例，占52.2%，女11例，占47.8%，其中性染色体异常15例，占65.2%，常染色体异常8例，占34.8%。结论 不孕夫妇任何一方染色体核型异常是引起不孕的重要原因。
