【摘要】 目的 探讨宫颈癌新辅助化疗(NACT)的近期疗效。方法 2000年3月～2004年3月期间，47例Ⅰb 2 ～Ⅲa期原发性宫颈癌患者进行NACT，观察NACT的近期临床及组织学疗效及不良反应。结果 47例宫颈癌NACT总有效率为72.34%(34/47)，其中Ⅱb～Ⅲa期的有效率为66.67%(24/36)，无严重的不良反应发生。30例手术标本严格按规定进行组织学评定，组织学有效率为50%(15/30)，组织学完全缓解率为13.33%(2/15)，癌周间质细胞反应增加，癌周纤维组织增生明显，与NACT前相比差异有非常显著性(P<0.001)。结论 NACT对Ⅰb2～Ⅲa期宫颈癌具有较好的近期疗效。但NACT后的患者术后或放疗后的处理，值得进一步研究。

    The observation of the response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy in patients with cervical cancer

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy in patients with cervical cancer.Methods From March2000to March2004，47women with primary cervical squamous cell carcinoma stageⅠb 2 ～Ⅲa according to the FIGO classification received neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NACT).The clinical response and histopathological effects of NACTwas bserved.Results The overall clinical response rate of NACTwas72.34%and the response rate ofⅡb～Ⅲa was66.67%.No serious side effects of NACT occurred.30surgical specimens were histologically evaluated according to the standard.The overall istological response rate after NACTwas50%and the complete response rate was13.33%.The stromal cell and fibre tissue around tumor cells after NACTwere much more active(P<0.001)comparing to that of the pretreatment cases.Conclusion NACT is an effective therapy to the cervical cancer in stageⅠb 2 ～Ⅲa.But the treatments after surgery or radiotherapy following NACT need further tudy. ......
