【摘要】 目的 探讨十二指肠损伤的诊断及有效的外科治疗方法。方法 回顾分析8例闭合性十二指肠损伤患者的诊断、伤情分级、手术方法及治疗效果。结果 8例十二指肠损伤均行外科急诊手术，临床治愈7例，死亡1例，病死率12.5%。术后并发十二指肠瘘1例，腹腔脓肿1例，胰瘘1例。结论 十二指肠损伤术前诊断困难，术中易漏诊，早期诊断，选择合理术式可提高治愈率，减少并发症及病死率。
