    A Survey of Influence on Psychological Behavior of Nurse s After

    the Implementation of New“Regulations for Handling Medical

    Abstract :Objective : to find out the changes on cognition , psychology , and behavior of

    nurses af ter the implementation of“Regulations for Handling Medical Negligence” .

    Methods : a total of 93 nurses were investigated randomly via filling out questionnaire.

    Result s : in terms of the grasp of the regulation , there was statistical difference among

    nurses of different formal schooling records , different length of service , and with differ2

    ent professional job titles ( P < 0. 05) . Psychological pressure of nurses is that they wor2

    ried about the happening of medical negligence and medical disputes due to their incom2

    plete nursing records. Nurses learned the knowledge about the law and professional work

    more actively. They pay more at tention to all right s of patient s in their daily work. Con2

    clusion : learning and knowing the law in nurses are beneficial for upholding the lawful

    right s of both patient s and nurses themselves. It is beneficial to enhancing the quality of

    nursing and ensuring the nursing safety.

    随着社会的进步、科学的发展 ,人们

    的法律意识和自我保护意识不断增强。

    《医疗事故处理条例》 (以下简称《条例》 )

    经国务院第 55 次常务会议通过 ,并于

    2002年 9 月 1 日起正式实施。它规定

    病人享有生命健康权和复印病历等权

    力[ 1 ]。而长期以来 ,我国护理人员对卫

    生法的重要性认识不够 ,大多数护理工

    作者的法律意识较淡薄。为了保证护理

    安全 ,提高护理质量 ,减少医疗事故的发

    生 ,特设问卷对护士认知、心理、行为情

    况进行调查。现报告如下。

    1 对象与方法

    1. 1 对象 于 2002 年 10 月 15 日 —

    2002年 10 月 24 日对四川大学华西医

    学中心附属第一医院与附属第二医院

    93 名护士进行抽样调查 ,均为女性 ,年

    龄 17 岁～48 岁 ,平均年龄 28 岁。中专

    学历 24 人 ( 25. 8 %) ;大专学历 42 人

    (45. 2 %) ;本科学历 27 人(29. 0 %) 。护

    士长及护士长以上职务 24 人(25. 8 %) ;

    护士 69 人(74. 2 %) 。

    1. 2 方法 采用自行设计的调查问卷

    进行调查 ,问卷内容共 28 项 ,均与《条

    例》有关。问卷发出 100 份 ,实际收回

    93 份 ,有效率达 93 %。

    1. 3 资料处理方法 全部问卷资料经

    审核后 ,采用 Excel 输入数据后用 SPSS

    11. 0软件包进行统计分析。
