【摘要】 目的 介绍改良式腹腔镜下成人腹股沟疝修补术的应用。方法 使用腹腔镜配合一次性腹腔闭合器及自制带线钩针行内环口腹膜荷包式缝扎，配合使用巴德补片(BARD Composix)或GORE-TEX Dual Mesh补片加强腹壁治疗成人腹股沟疝80例。结果 所有手术均获得成功，无复发及严重并发症。结论 本方法与传统的成人腹股沟疝及股疝手术方法相比较更加安全，简便，美容，效果确切，而且适用于传统手术复发病例，有推广价值。
