【摘要】 目的 探讨衣原体感染与急性阑尾炎的关系。方法 应用金标法对15例急性阑尾炎病人的阑尾手术标本进行衣原体测定。结果 15例标本中衣原体阳性8例，阳性率53.3%，阳性病例中男2例，女6例。结论 阑尾粘膜内也可寄生衣原体，衣原体与急性阑尾炎有一定的关系，而且女性的比率较男性高。
