【摘要】 目的 研究惊厥大鼠外周血淋巴细胞早期凋亡率的变化。方法 在Wistar大鼠腹腔内注射马桑内酯诱发大鼠惊厥发作，制作癫痫模型。将30只Wistar大鼠随机分为二组，A组:致痫组15只，B组:生理盐水组15只。采用流式细胞仪检测A、B组惊厥前、惊厥后6h、12h、24h外周血淋巴细胞早期凋亡率的变化。结果 惊厥大鼠外周血淋巴细胞凋亡率低于惊厥前及给予生理盐水组大鼠外周血淋巴细胞凋亡率。惊厥后6h即可见外周血淋巴细胞凋亡率下降，并逐渐减少，在24h凋亡率最少。在惊厥前、惊厥后6h、12h、24h不同时间点两两比较差异有显著性P<0.01)。结论 大鼠惊厥后其外周血淋巴细胞凋亡率降低，以进一步证实癫痫的免疫学机制。
