【摘要】 目的 探讨锁骨中段粉碎性骨折简易的内固定术式。方法 通过髓内针内固定，设计简易的手术方法。结果 全部骨折达理想复位，术后5～7周骨折线模糊，3～4.5个月骨折线消失，全部骨折愈合，无髓内针松脱或变形。结论 锁骨中段粉碎性骨折简易内固定，手术安全，简单实用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the treating method of simple internal fixation for clavicle middle part comminuted fractures.Methods Simple operations by internal fixation with narrow steeliness.Results All cases were fine for reposition，the marks of fractures dark in5～7weeks and disappeared in3～4.5months after operations without relaxed steeliness.Conclusion It is a safe and simple way for simple internal fixation with steeliness to treat clavicle middle part comminuted fractures.
