【摘要】 目的 观察维胺酯治疗痤疮的临床疗效，并从分子水平上探讨维胺酯对雄激素受体的影响。方法 治疗组口服维胺酯，并设对照组，卡方检验;体外培养角朊细胞并用维胺酯处理，后用Northern杂交及Western杂交分别检测处理前后的该细胞雄激素受体的mRNA及蛋白质的表达水平。结果 治疗组的显效率及总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)，体外细胞培养的角朊细胞用维胺脂处理，其雄激素受体的mRNA及蛋白质的表达水平均下降，并与药物浓度有关。结论 维胺酯治疗痤疮有显著疗效，实验结果提示其疗效与下调细胞雄激素受体有关。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutical effect of androgen receptor.Methods Two hundred and eighteen cases of ances were allocated to the therapy group and control at radom;therapy group was treatˉed by oral viaminati with topical lotio sulfuris;control group was treated by oral minocycline，respectively.The treatˉment lasted for four weeks.In laboratory the effect of viaminati on the expression of the mRNA and protein of androgen receptor were examined through colo-16cells in vitro.Results The effective rate and total effective rate of viaminati for acne were higher than those in control group.Conclusion The laboratory research shows that therapeutical effect of viaminati for acne may be related to its down regulation on expression of androgen receptors in keratinocytes.Key words viaminati acne androgen receptor northern blotting wesern blotting ......
