【摘要】 目的 探讨透明质酸钠对大龄先天性髋关节脱位患者术后粘连的预防作用。方法 对12例大龄先天性髋关节脱位患者采用改良关节囊旁髂骨截骨术矫形，闭合伤口缝合关节囊前将透明质酸钠5ml注入髋臼内。结果 随访1～2年6个月，平均随访18个月。根据临床功能及X线片检查评定，本组优5例，良7例，优良率为100%。结论 透明质酸钠可有效的防止髋关节术后粘连，关节功能得到良好的改善。

    Preventing the joint adhesion postoperatively for aged CHD
