【摘要】 目的 探讨呼气末正压机械通气治疗急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的疗效。方法 对56例急性呼吸窘迫综合征的患者进行回顾性研究，分析其血气、PaO 2 /FiO 2 等与诊断及治疗的关系。结果 对56例急性呼吸窘迫综合征的患者应用呼气末正压机械通气治疗，有效率76.79%，大部分患者于呼气末正压机械通气治疗4～7天后病情好转或缓解，13例死亡，死亡率为23.21%，死亡原因为肾功能衰竭、严重左心衰竭和多器官功能衰竭。结论 急性呼吸窘迫综合征一旦发生，应在严密监测情况下及早给以呼气末正压机械通气。
