【摘要】 目的 研究检测卵巢上皮性浆液性肿瘤中KDR mRNA的表达及其临床意义。方法 采用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)扩增KDR基因，以β-actin基因作为内对照，结合凝胶图像扫描，以KDR/β-actin作为KDR相对表达量分析卵巢上皮性浆液性肿瘤70例。结果 卵巢浆液性癌及卵巢交界性浆液性瘤中KDR mRNA的表达高于卵巢良性浆液性瘤及正常卵巢。在卵巢上皮性浆液性癌中，KDR mRNA的表达与FIGO分期、腹腔细胞学检查结果、有无淋巴结转移、有无盆腔粘连有关。结论 KDR在卵巢癌的发生、发展及转移中起重要的作用。
