【摘要】 目的 探讨鼻咽纤维喉镜下微波热凝治疗喉囊肿的临床价值。方法 在鼻咽纤维喉镜引导下利用五官科微波综合治疗仪热凝治疗喉囊肿52例，术后随访51例，失访1例。结果 治愈51例，其中44例一次治愈，7例二次治愈。结论 该治疗方法视野清楚，定位准确，不易损伤周围正常组织，疗效高，复发率低，值得推广应用。
