【摘要】 目的 探讨老年前列腺增生病人的TUVP术围手术期的处理及合并症的防治。方法 对老年前列腺增生病人236例行TUVP术的围手术期资料进行回顾性研究。结果 236例病人经行TUVP术治疗均安全渡过围手术期，无一例死亡，并发症少。结论 在正确掌握手术适应证，做好充分的术前准备以及加强术中、术后监护下，老年前列腺增生行TUˉVP术是安全的。
