【摘要】 目的 介绍改良闭合复位经皮穿钉内固定治疗肩锁关节脱位的治疗方法。方法 患者仰卧于手术台上，手法复位后用一枚Φ2mm的克氏钉通过进钉定位器穿入肩峰并固定肩锁关节，术后三角巾悬吊6周，3个月内避免重体力劳动，3个月后拔钉。结果 1例术后因钉尾顶破皮肤致钉尾部位感染而于4周内拔除克氏钉，1例3个月复查时克氏钉轻度折弯，但肩锁关节未见脱位，6～12个月随访，有1例肩锁关节出现半脱位，疗效按karlsson分级:A级11例，B级1例。结论 该方法简单易行，创伤小，疗效好，费用低，无切口感染及疤痕障碍等并发症。
