【摘要】 目的 分析80岁以上患者白内障超声乳化吸除折叠人工晶体植入术临床效果。方法 78例白内障在表面麻醉下在透明角膜10～12点处做切口，在2～3点角膜缘做0.3～0.8mm辅助切口，超声乳化吸除皮质及核，植入ACRYSOF折叠式人工晶体。术后观察视力、切口、前房、人工晶体位置、眼底，随访时间3～15个月，平均10个月。结果 术后1天、7天、1个月和3个月矫正视力≥0.5者分别为43眼(55.13%)、49眼(62.82%)、56眼(71.79%)、60眼(76.92%)。结论 对80岁以上高龄患者施行白内障超声乳化折叠人工晶体植入术，做好术前检查和术中监护可安全进行手术，术后可获得较好的视力。关键词 高龄 超声乳化 折叠人工晶体
