【摘要】 本文主要介绍了我院建立院长基金、新技术新业务研究项目、教育研究项目和军事医学项目等四类院级课题体系的情况和取得的成绩，同时总结了多年来实施院级课题有效管理的经验和体会，旨在阐明院级课题体系对医院发展的必要性和课题管理的重要性。
