【摘要】 教务单位是医院教学管理的导向部门，在教学管理上占有重要地位，根据临床实际和遵循教学规律制定出切实可行的教学计划、教学目标，教学管理中心思想。我们的任务是提高教学质量。要抓好教学管理，首先强化对教学工作全过程的管理。此项工作既复杂又是一项细致的工程。我们在教学实施工作中明确目标，不断更新教学理念，使教学管理走向科学规范化的道路。
