【摘要】 本文从现代临床医学工程部门管理职能入手，分析了现有医院管理体制下医学工程学科工作模式存在的种种弊端，提出了临床医学工程工作模式改革的思路，以及临床医学工程高等教育与之相适应的建议。

    【Abstract】 The paper started with the management function of current clinical medical engineering deˉpartment， analysed the kinds of shortcom ing in working mode of medical engineering with nowaday hospital manˉagement system. And the paper puts forward the thinking of reformation in working mode of clinical medical enˉgineering and the suggestion adapted to the reformation in high education of clinical medical engineering.
