【摘要】 目的 检测鼻咽癌中信号传导与转录激活因子(signal transduction and activators of transcription，STATs)Stat3及其靶基因产物与VEGF的表达，探讨其在鼻咽癌发生发展中的作用。方法 采用免疫组化技术检测慢性鼻咽炎29例，人鼻咽癌活检组织60例，鼻咽癌颈部淋巴结转移28例Stat3、Cyclin D1、Bcl-xL和VEGF蛋白的表达。结果 鼻咽癌中Stat3及其靶基因产物(Bcl-xL Cyclin D1)、VEGF明显高于鼻咽粘膜慢性炎;鼻咽癌与鼻咽癌颈部淋巴结转移灶中Stat3及其靶基因产物表达比较在统计学上差异无显著性。在鼻咽癌组织及鼻咽癌颈部淋巴结转移灶中Stat3、Cyclin D1与VEGF的表达有显著相关性，而Bcl-xL和VEGF的表达无显著相关性。结论 Stat3及其靶基因产物与VEGF可能在鼻咽癌的发生发展及转移中发挥重要作用。二者之间的相关性表明VEGF基因可能由STAT3蛋白调节。
