Ophthalmic Center，Humen Hospital of TCM，Dongguan，523900.【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the clinical nursing method of laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK).Methˉods LASIK was performed on986cases ametropia(1746eyes)by routine nursing and psychological nursing.Results Using LASIK to correct ametropia by routine nursing and psychological nursing was safe，effective and predictable.The complication was rare.Postoperation visual regain was fast.One week visual all achieved0.5or better，79.27%achieved1.0or better.Four weeks92.3%achieved1.0or better.Three months was basically stability.Conclusion LASIK performed on ametropia，routine and psychological nursing is ensure of successful operation.
