【摘要】 目的 探讨角膜缘重建术联合丝裂霉素C治疗中、重度复发性翼状胬肉的临床效果。方法 对21例(21眼)中、重度复发性翼状胬肉采用角膜缘重建，并在术中应用丝裂霉素C。以术区是否又重新出现成纤维细胞及纤维血管增生作为复发和治愈的标准。结果 术后所有患者的视力均有不同程度的提高:1个月之后术区逐渐正常。无一例出现并发症。随访8个月～4年，有2例出现新生纤维血管增生，有复发倾向(9.52%)，无一例出现真性复发。结论 角膜缘重建术中联合丝裂霉素C能有效地控制中、重度复发性翼状胬肉再次复发。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of combination of keratolimbal reconstruction and mitomycin C in the treatment of moderate and severe recurred pterygium.Methods 21patients(21eyes)with moderate，severe recurred pterygium were treated with keratolimbal reconstruction and mitomycin C in operation.Whether the subepithelial fibrovasˉcular proliferation postoperatively appeared was used as the evaluation of cure and recurrence.The time of follow-up was8months to4years for observing rate of recurrence.Results The visual of all cases was improved post operation.Tissues of surgical position returned to normal after one month.Only two cases appeared the subepithelial fibrovascular proliferaˉtion postoperation ......
