【摘要】 目的 探讨脑瘤适形放射治疗与传统放射治疗对于提高局部肿瘤控制率和降低危及器官受量的优越性。方法 用三维放射治疗计划的剂量分布、剂量体积直方图和危及器官受量等指标来分析脑瘤不同的放疗技术。结果 各种放射治疗:肿瘤适形放射治疗瘤体积(GTV)包含在95%的处方剂量范围之内，而计划体积(PTV)包含在90%以上。危及器官最大受量都低于3%。结论 动态适形放射治疗在改善肿瘤靶区高剂量的同时，也改善了对危及器官的保护。应进一步研究多种放疗技术的组合对脑瘤的治疗，以便充分发挥放射治疗脑肿瘤的作用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate advantage of3D-CRT and show what planning is best.Methods Make comparison of four different radiotherapy plans of brain tumors with dose volume histogram(DVH)and dose of the organs at risk and distributions of prescribed dose.Results Plan target volume of the rotation conformal treatment plan received a prescribed dose is more than95percent，and the other plans is90percent or more.The max dose of organs at risk received is less than3.0percent.Conclusion 3D-CRT provided good coverage for tumor target and allows delivery of high dose to the target with significant sparing of the organs at risk.Treatment of brain tumor deˉmands to make combination research on various radiotherapy techniques so that we can obtain an optimal radiotherapy plan. ......
