    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of using the multi-layered amniotic membrane transplantation after preservation for reconstruction of contracted socket or enophthalmia conjunctival sac.Methods The reconstruction of contracted socket or enophthalmia conjunctival sac operation was done on19patients without eyeballs and with conjunctiˉval saconstriction.Amniotic membrane transplantation was used in conjunctival defection and reconstruction of contractˉed socket.Then the palpebral coloboma was cut4～6months after the operation，planted ocular prostheses and kept on following in8～48months.Results There was no secondary infection or rejection among the19patients.16patients’enophthalmia conjunctival sac reconstructed very well ......
