    【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of angiogenesis inhibitor TNP-470combination with CTX on the growth of lung adenocarcinoma LA795in mice.Methods Forty T739mice bearing high metastatic LA795tumor cells were randomized into five groups:(1)control group;(2)vehicle control group;(3)TNP-470group;(4)CTX group;(5)TNP-470+CTX group.Different treatments were served from4th day after transplantation and all mice were sacˉrificed after20days.The volumes of tumors were measured respectively during the therapy time，and subcutaneous tuˉmors were processed for histological examination.Tumors microvessel density(MVD)，the expression of PCNA and bFGF were detected by immunohistochemical method with image analyse system.Apoptosis in tumors was measured by biotinyated-dUTP nick and labeling(TUNEL)method.Results Tumor growth was suppressed significantly in each treatment group.The combination group showed significant enhancement in anti-tumor efficacy.Expression of bFGF was clearly inhibited in each treatment group ......
