【摘要】 目的 探讨外科手术前经导管灌注化疗治疗原发性腹膜后恶性肿瘤的临床价值。方法 回顾性分析外科手术前经导管灌注化疗治疗原发性腹膜后恶性肿瘤10例，对其血供，治疗方案，近期疗效等进行讨论。结果 治疗后8例临床症状不同程度缓解，肿块缩小，2例未见明显变化，未发生严重并发症。动脉灌注治疗后15～20天手术，术后病理显示肿瘤组织有不同程度点片状坏死。结论 原发性腹膜后恶性肿瘤术前灌注是一种安全、有效的治疗方法，有助于外科手术治疗。
