【摘要】 目的 介绍关节镜下清理术在早期膝关节化脓性关节炎治疗中的应用。方法 21例化脓性膝关节炎在关节镜下行关节清理术，同时行置管冲洗术。同时结合全身抗生素的应用和术后系统的康复训练进行综合治疗。通过体温、皮温、关节活动度来评价该方法的疗效。结果 术后平均3d，体温恢复正常，术后7周，无伸膝功能障碍，屈膝活动度超过120°。结论 关节镜治疗早期化脓性膝关节炎可以达到切开手术同样效果，且损伤小，恢复快，临床效果满意。

    【Abstract】 Objective To introduce a method of treatment of purulent knee arthritis with debridement under arthroscope.Methods Twenty-one cases of knee pyoarthrosis were treated by debridement and subtotal synovectomy under arthroscope and combined with intravenous antibiotics and systematic postoperative rehabiliation.The clinical reˉsults were evaluated through examination of the temperature，range of motion of the knee joint.Results The temperaˉture resumed to normal at an average of three postoperative days.All the knee regained the normal extension and more than120degree of flexion at seven weeks after operation.Conclusion Arthroscopic debridement has the same theraˉpeutic effect as surgery during which the joint cavity was opened.It is less invasive and has better recovery ......
