    【Abstract】 Objective To study the typing of diagnosis，treatment.in diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods Using the WHO’s(1979)standard of name and diagnosis on the ischemic heart disease，to group a total of127patients with coronary heart disease who were hospitalized from January2003to August2004in our hospital:Acute myocardial infarction(AMI)18cases，14cases with elevated ST(Q wave)，4cases with no elevated ST(no Q wave).Angina pectoris33cases，stable angina pectoris3cases，unstable angina pectoris30cases.Heart failure type59cases，simple heart failure13cases，with arrhythmia33cases，with old myocardial infarction13cases.Arrhythmia type4cases，premature beats2cases，atria flutter and atrial fibrillation2cases.Sudden death2cases.Simple and old myˉocardil infarction(OMI)4cases.Silent myocardial ischemia(SMI)28cases，simple SMI7cases，at the intermission of angina pectoris14cases，with old myocardial infarction7cases.At the same time there were43cases with hypertension ......
