【摘要】 目的 探讨血凝四项和血液流变学与妊娠高血压综合征的关系。方法 对110例妊娠高血压综合征患者及100例正常妊娠(对照组)的血凝四项和血液流变学及相关因素进行检测比较。结果 妊娠高血压综合征患者检测值显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论 血凝四项和血液流变学与其妊娠高血压综合征的发病有关，能够为早期诊断妊娠高血压综合征及预防引发DIC提供了理论依据。
