【摘要】 目的 对于晚期梗阻性食管癌、贲门癌患者的支架治疗进行疗效分析。方法 对278例已经病理证实为晚期食管癌、贲门癌患者的食管梗阻行扩张术及支架置入术，观察他们的治疗合并症、进食情况及生存期，以判断此种姑息治疗的疗效。结果 扩张及支架治疗后使患者食管梗阻减轻或消除，无重大合并症发生，部分患者出现术后轻度疼痛，进食质量提高，多数可半流质颈食或普食，患者的生活质量提高，生存期延长，少数患者生存已超过2年。结论 扩张及支架治疗是晚期梗阻性食管癌、贲门癌的一种有力的姑息治疗。
