电针对局脑缺血再灌注大鼠脑组织C-fos蛋白表达的影响

【摘要】 目的 观察电针对局脑缺血再灌注大鼠脑组织中C-fos蛋白表达的影响。方法 利用大鼠大脑中动脉阻塞再灌流模型,采用免疫组化染色(SP法)测定C-fos蛋白表达。结果 假手术组C-fos阳性细胞百分率1.12±0.74;缺血组C-fos阳性细胞百分率为17.15±2.76;电针组C-fos阳性细胞百分率为11.32±1.97;缺血组与假手术组比较C-fos明显升高(P<0.01);电针组与缺血组比较C-fos降低(P<0.05)。结论 表明局部脑缺血可诱导脑组织C-fos蛋白的表达,而电针对脑局部缺血后C-fos蛋白表达有明显抑制作用。protein in rat brain after MCAO and reperfusion
