【摘要】 目的 提高治疗胫骨中下段骨折的疗效。方法 近6年来收治胫骨中下段骨折92例，男73例，女19例，年龄13～61岁，平均34.6岁，均采用胫骨前内侧LC-DCP钢板内固定+自体髂骨植骨。结果 经2～12个月随访，愈合89例，延迟愈合3例，平均骨折愈合时间为9.1周，膝、踝关节功能活动正常。结论 胫骨前内侧LC-DCP钢板内固定+自体髂骨植骨是治疗胫腓骨中下段骨折的理想治疗方法。

    Analysing the method of plate and bone implant treating middle and lower tibia fracture

    【Abstract】 Objective To improve the curative effect of middle and lower tibia fracture.Methods 92cases of middle and lower tibia fracture were hospitalized in recent6years，male73cases，female19cases.Age was from13to61，mean age34.6.The LC-DCP were put in the front and inside face plus shaft transplant.Results Following up2to12months，89cases union，3cases delayed union，the mean healing time was9.1weeks.No complications was found.Conclusion The LC-DCP in the front and inside face plus shaft transplant is an ideal curative method for middle and lower tibia fracture.
