【摘要】 目的 回顾25年来尿道下裂术后出现尿路结石病例，探讨尿路结石形成原因、机制及其预防措施。方法 对比3种不同手术方式术后发生尿路结石的时间、部位、结石数量以及性质。结果 术后发生结石的时间以3～5年最多，手术方式以阴囊中隔成形术效果较为明显。结论 尿路结石的形成是由多种因素构成，但尿道狭窄、感染是其形成的主要因素。

    Etiologic research of urethral calculus formation following urethroplasty for hypospadias

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the etiology and preventive measures of urethral calculus after the urethroplasty of hypospadias.Methods The time，location，quantity and quality of urethral calculus are compared between three difˉferent operation methods.Results The time of urethral calculus formation mainly occured between3to5years after ureˉthroplasty.The operation methods of urethral calculus mainly occurred urethroplasty with septum of scrotum.Conclusion The principal reasons of urethral calculus are urethral stricture and infection.
