【摘要】 目的 探讨双侧解剖钢板治疗胫骨平台C型骨折的治疗效果。方法 回顾分析2000年3月～2002年6月双侧解剖钢板治疗胫骨平台C型骨折22例，随访20例。结果 骨折愈合良好，无骨折延迟愈合、骨不连。结论 双侧解剖钢板治疗胫骨平台C型骨折效果良好。关键词 双侧解剖钢板 胫骨平台骨折 内固定
