    【Abstract】 Objective To establish a UV method for determination of the flavanones constituents from Yuˉlangsan[radix of Millettia Pulchra Kurz Var.laxior(Dunn)Z.Wei which is indigenous to Guangxi].Methods Using a karanjin as comparison，the detective wavelength was260nm.The contents of the constituents were determinated.Reˉsults The recoveries of karanjin were99.88%and RSD were1.80%(n=5).There is a good linear relationship within the range of0.384～1.920μg/ml of karanjin(r=0.9995).Conclusion The contents of total flavanones from Yulangsan

    are0.231～0.582%in different areas.The method is convenient ......
