【摘要】 目的 研究成牙本质细胞中是否表达肿瘤坏死因子受体相关因子6(tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated factor6，TRAF6)。方法通过免疫组化和免疫荧光法研究TRAF6在成牙本质样细胞系MDPC-23中的表达。结果免疫荧光和免疫组化法均表明TRAF6在MDPC-23细胞浆呈阳性表达。结论 本实验从蛋白水平证实了成牙本质样细胞MDˉPC-23表达TRAF6，提示TRAF6可能是一种新发现的影响成牙本质细胞分化的胞内信号转导分子。
