【摘要】 目的 通过临床资料的分析，探讨开髓治疗对心血管病患者血压、心率的影响。方法 对30例急、慢性牙髓炎的心血管病患者开髓过程连续心电监护，对比分析开髓过程中血压、心率各个时期的变化。结果 心血管病患者开髓过程中血压、心率较术前差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论 心血管病患者在开髓治疗过程的开髓术中的血压、心率有明显波动，因此术者应估计患者对手术的耐受性，保证患者的安全。
