【摘要】 目的 探讨并总结出一套切合临床实用的有关脑卒中后肢体痉挛状态的功能康复评定方法。方法 将80例病人按照随机原则以1:1的比例，分为经筋刺法组和阳明刺法组，采用康复医学的Brunnstrom、SIAS、Asthworth及等力测时法进行治疗前后的功能康复评定。结果 根据治疗前后康复评定结果，经筋组的疗效明显优于对照组，且两组疗后差异有显著性P<0.05)。结论 总结出一套切合临床实际简便有效的有关痉挛状态的评定方法，并创有关痉挛状态的量化评定方法—等力测时法。
