【摘要】 目的 探讨输尿管镜在处理因结石梗阻引起肾衰时的应用和疗效。方法 对21例输尿管结石19例(其中上段4例，中下段15例，肾盂内多发性结石并出口梗阻3例)出现梗阻性肾衰的患者实施输尿管气压弹道碎石术(德国制WOLF牌)及留置双J管治疗。结果 17例成功碎石及放置双J管，4例仅放置双J管引流，术后肾功能均明显改善。结论 输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术损伤小、安全、及时、效果好，可作为处理结石梗阻性肾衰的首选方法。
