【摘要】 目的 观察中药制剂———清肝益脾胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法 62例慢性乙型肝炎患者被随机分为治疗组和对照组，分别口服清肝益脾胶囊和西利宾胺，疗程均为6个月。观察用药前后两组患者的临床症状、体征、肝功能、肝纤维化指标、免疫学指标、乙肝病毒复制指标，并对治疗前后两组上述指标的变化作比较。结果 清肝益脾胶囊其临床总有效率为90.6%，与对照组(西利宾胺)70.0%比较，差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 疗效分析表明，清肝益脾胶囊能改善患者症状和体征，改善患者肝功能并能使肝纤维化指标好转，病毒复制受到抑制，细胞免疫功能得到提高，且无任何毒副作用。
