【摘要】 目的 观察和对比单用拉米夫定与拉米夫定联合清肝饮治疗慢性肝炎的疗法。方法 将142例血清HBeAg 阳性患者随机分成清肝饮联合拉米夫定治疗组70例，拉米夫定治疗组72例，两组在治疗6个月，12个月时分别进行疗效评价。结果 拉米夫定组和联合组6个月时，ALT复常率分别为76.4%和81.4%(P>0.05);HBV-DNA阴转率分别为81.9%和85.7%(P>0.05);HBeAg的血清转换率为5.6%和14.3%(P>0.05)。12个月时两组ALT的复常率分别为87.5%和90.0%(P>0.05);HBV-DNA阴转率分别为84.7%和88.6%(P>0.05);HBeAg的血清转换率为12.5%和28.6%(P<0.05)。HBeAg的血清转换率似乎与治疗前的转氨酶水平较高、HBeAg和HBV-DNA水平较低有关。结论 清肝饮联合拉米夫定抗HBV疗效优于单用拉夫定。
