【摘要】 目的 介绍桡神经深支损伤的显微外科修复重建。方法 对桡神经深支损伤(挫伤、不完全断裂、完全断裂)，采用显微外科技术神经吻合22例、神经松解9例、神经移植2例、肌腱替代3例。结果 本组36例，随访6～18个月，平均11个月，23例伸拇、伸指功能恢复正常、12例伸拇、伸指功能基本正常、1例因桡神经深支缺损较长效果欠佳。结论 桡神经深支损伤可采用显微外科修复或肌腱替代手术，以及随后的康复治疗可以恢复伸肌群的功能。
