【摘要】 目的 探索荆花胃康胶丸制备的最佳工艺。方法 采用了正交设计法考察土荆芥、水团花水蒸汽蒸馏加水量、浸泡时间及提取时间3个因素，以挥发油提取量为考核指标;滴制成的胶丸采用气相层析法进行主成分比较分析。结果 最佳制备工艺为药材加5倍量水，浸泡2h，蒸馏6h;挥发油提取率0.26%。同时建立荆花胃康胶丸特征指纹图谱(气相层析)，检测不同批次的代表峰保留时间基本相同。结论 制剂稳定;质控方法准确、重现性好。
