【摘要】 目的 探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)后眼压值与角膜厚度变化及其关系。方法 对866眼近视患者LASIK手术前、后测量角膜中央厚度(CCT)，术前及术后1个月用非接触式眼压计(NCT)测量眼压，进行统计学分析。结果 LASIK术后眼压值平均下降5.14±2.31mmHg，与术前眼压值差异有显著性(t=49.43，P<0.001)，且手术前、后眼压与CCT均存在正相关(r=0.28，P<0.001;r=0.29，P<0.001)，近视屈光度与角膜切削量呈正相关(r=0.83，P<0.001)，角膜切削量与眼压下降呈正相关(r=0.28，P<0.001)。眼压下降幅度与角膜切削量的回归分析结果为:Y(术后眼压下降值，mmHg)=2.77+0.03X(角膜切削厚度，μm)。结论 LASIK术后眼压值均下降，其原因与CCT减少有关。随近视屈光度增高，角膜切削量增大，CCT减少越明显，眼压下降幅度越大。
