【摘要】 目的 观察肝康饮对非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFL)患者肝纤维化指标的影响。方法 NAFL患者92例，随机分成治疗组和对照组，分别用肝康饮和易善复胶囊治疗3个月，并观察其肝纤维化指标的变化。结果 治疗组Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)、透明质酸(HA)、Ⅳ型胶原(CⅣ)、层粘蛋白(LN)，对照组HA、CⅣ和两组谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、甘油三酯(TG)水平明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)，两组间治疗前后差值比较，PCⅢ、HA、CⅣ、LN差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论 肝康饮具有调节血脂，恢复肝功能，改善肝纤维化的作用。
